Gravatar 30.11.2023 Stilen är sval, skir och frisk. Syrlig hallonfrukt, plommon, röd apelsin, torkade örter och livfulla och närvarade tanniner sätter tonen på denna välgjorda pinot noir med kul adress – Patagonien i södra Argentina. Våga till julskinka, köttbullar och rödkålssallad med apelsin.

Gravatar 19.01.2024 Patagonien är Argentinas mest sydliga och även svalaste område. Perfekt för chardonnay och pinot noir. Beviset finns i flaskan, med sitt skira och frasiga innehåll. Vilda hallon, apelsin, syrliga röda körsbär och sandelträ sätter smakerna. Och på bordet sätter vi en vegetarisk lasagne på svamp.
