Colline Novaresi ligger i den alpnära och svalare regionen Alto Piemonte, vilket märks direkt i glaset. Ljusröd färg, läskande saftig körsbärsfrukt och en tydlig kryddighet som ackompanjerar snyggt. Dricks med fördel lite svalare till valfri antipasti.
